Chartered in 1902 as the Holyoke Home for Aged People, and later known as Loomis House, Day Brook Village Senior Living has been part of the Holyoke community for generations.

Day Brook Village moved to its current location in Holyoke in 1981, becoming the first CCRC in Massachusetts. Today, Day Brook Village offers independent living, assistance in living, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation to meet seniors’ changing housing and healthcare needs.

The Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC) awarded the five-year term of accreditation to Day Brook Village Senior Living. CARF International is recognized as the industry standard for health and human services service providers. Accreditation demonstrates that Day Brook Village has made a specific commitment to put the needs of our residents at the center of everything we do.

  • Day Brook Village Senior Living has been CARF-accredited for Person-Centered Long Term Care since 2007. Our nursing home was the second in the nation to receive this prestigious award and we are honored to have maintained this designation for more than a decade.

Across all affiliates in Massachusetts, Integritus Healthcare has been named a winner of both the NRC Health Customer Approved and Employee Approved awards.
